You can book an appointment directly through this online booking form, by calling our reception at the number on our contact page, or by visiting our Kisumu centre in person. Our online form guides you through selecting the appropriate department, service, date, and time.

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we also accommodate urgent appointments where possible — please call us directly for crisis or urgent needs.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to allow other clients access to that time slot. Please refer to our cancellation policy displayed during the booking process.
